Coaches cannot be older than 5 years and all drivers must speak English.

Accommodation en-route will be provided by VOSAIO. parking fees, road tolls, city permits and meals for the driver are included in the above price. VOSAIO will not be responsible for any additional fees.

Please note that city permits required in this itinerary must be booked in advance by the coach company unless differently specified.

The confirmed coach size must remain, even if the number of passengers change. It is not permitted to change the coach size without prior written authorization from VOSAIO. In case a smaller coach is being provided without prior authorization, VOSAIO will process an automatic refund of 50% to the client.

Coach & driver regulations
Coach and drivers will comply with all laws and regulations related to coach operating , particularly all aspects of EC 561/2006 , any consequent amendments are to be considered.

Liability/Insurance
The coach company has comprehensive public liability insurance for third-party risks, including death, personal injury, and damage to customers’ property in the luggage compartment.
They must inform Vosaio of any accidents involving customers and provide full details. If the customer takes further action, the coach company will cooperate fully with Vosaio.
They will cover any costs Vosaio incurs due to the coach company’s negligence or breach of agreement and assist with customer claims, including providing statements and attending court if needed.

Subcontracting
Subcontracting is not permitted without prior authorization from VOSAIO.

Driver details
For Local coaches , please advise the name and the mobile number of the driver, the coach registration number and the model of the coach at least 24 hrs prior to arrival
For Long Distance Coach services, please advise the name and the mobile number of the driver, the coach registration number and the model of the coach at least 3 days prior to arrival.

VAT
Please note that all prices are including service charges and VAT.
Rates are inclusive of VAT. Rates for services are confidential and should not be disclosed to clients
